Le Cocktail

The Confrérie du Sabre d'Or has its own cocktail: "le Sabre d'Or", which you can make yourself by following these instructions.

Mix in a shaker

  • 2 cl Champagne marc
  • 1 cl Grand-Marnier “Cuvée Louis Alexandre
  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 dash orgeat syrup
  • Shake for 5 seconds
  • Pour into cocktail glass
  • Add 4 cl of Champagne brut
  • Decorate with a split kumquat and a grape.
