Mix in a shaker
- 2 cl Champagne marc
- 1 cl Grand-Marnier “Cuvée Louis Alexandre
- 4 cl pineapple juice
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 dash orgeat syrup
- Shake for 5 seconds
- Pour into cocktail glass
- Add 4 cl of Champagne brut
- Decorate with a split kumquat and a grape.
